Negative: The TV is not working correctly. It seems like it's time to warm up, which is very unlikely. It is very annoying trying to figure out how to make it work.

Positive: Great location, easy and indoor parking, well equiped kitchen and good bathroom. Wifi works well. Very nice and spacious apartment with enough storage space and hooks etc. Nice that there is laundry facilities in the building. Easy to check in with a code.

Negative: After an hour our feet/socks were completely filthy black, the floor was discusting (not visable). Makes one wonder about the cleanliness of other things as well... Some plates and utensils in the kitchen were not washed well. No black out curtains so the lights from the building accross lit up the room in the night and be prepared to wake up at sunrise. Not sure if that is an American thing since this is the 3rd accomodation in a row where we had that. No aircon (which we knew) and normally it isn't as hot in this area but now it was so it was pretty warm in the apartment. There was a fan but it was too weak to do anything although we apreciated the gesture. If it was cleaner we would defintely stay again!

Negative: The elevator does not work and it is hard bringing up all of your things from the car. And the place is all the way on the third floor

Negative: The elevator was broken. We had to bring our things up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. The Murphy bed slept like a pull out couch.. ver uncomfortable
